Terminus Times #5

It’s been over a year since the last update on the Moss & Wolf Case Files and it feels like an update is in order. First, the obvious question is how work is going on Book 3. We were on track to have it released in the first quarter of this year but when we got it back from our editor it included some notes. Due to the way we write the books, our style has always been a bit odd and it created a slightly stilted narrative that made things hard to read. It was something we’ve heard a few times but it seemed to reach a peak with Book 3. Because of that, we decided to go back and start the editing process over from the beginning.

This obviously caused a significant setback but we are almost done. According to our beta reader, the edits have drastically improved the book making it far easier to read. With that in mind, we have decided to go back and give books 1 & 2 similar treatment. Hopefully increasing the overall quality of the books and making them a better experience for newcomers to the series.

Right now, we are not at a point where we can give a firm release date for book 3 but we are eager to get it out. We know our fan base is small but we value all of our readers and we are eager to get Charlie and Brutus’s latest adventure out to you. It’s a good one, with intrigue, politics, fairies, and of course death. So be on the lookout for updates related to the project, we will get them to you as soon as we can.
